Background: During the summer of 2018, A Lamp Concrete Construction, Inc was contracted for asphalt and concrete work at seven (7) schools in the amount of $1,148,287.00, which included $140,000 in allowance. During the 2018 Summer Construction Projects, several modifications were made to the contract resulting in change orders and credits to the contract. The project completion was delayed due to modifications required by the City of Warrenville that the contractor could not complete during the school year.
